My other suggestion about how to get all four guitars working together as one "group", without sacrificing power level / sustain:
There is a really big advantage the all of them give if you plan on being consistent playing music over the course of many gigs: the solos that come from all four parts get louder/steeper. On solo guitar they will play as if they are actually connecting through an active crossover rather then a resonator/box: these bass part pickups combine the high drive amps via some unique technology in parallel of the amp's secondary capacitors where as you don
